For the past 15 years I have been a counsellor in private practice accompanying clients on their unique journey of  growth, change and achieving personal goals. My work is based on holistic and integrative principles that acknowledge the individual needs of clients. Increasingly I look to strengths-based approaches, along with mindfulness practices, to help clients develop newer, happier and more fulfilled ways of living. A counselling relationship may last for one session or many, depending on the clients needs at the time.

In addition to seeing clients for counselling and psychotherapy, I offer individual sessions to teach people the principles of the Gawler Foundation's 12 week Cancer, Healing and Wellbeing program or support clients to learn and practice meditation and mindfulness.
