Network of local endorsed groups
A network of groups has been established to make access easier. Group leaders are trained, endorsed and supported by the Gawler Foundation to conduct this 12 week Lifestyle Based Cancer Self- Help Program.
Offering hope, choice and peace of mind
Each session focuses upon a specific self-help theme, and includes time to practice new techniques as well as time for discussion and questions. Additional support comes from meeting, communicating and connecting with like-minded people going through similar experiences. Healing choices are explained- hope and peace of mind become real and constant.

Attending with a support person
While this program will directly benefit the person affected by cancer, we recognise that relatives and friends are often faced with challenges of their own. The sessions are designed to assist support people too. We encourage you to approach the healing journey together.
